Tender Description
This tender invites bids for Programming, Operationalization and Optimization of the PAMA Multi-Axis CNC Machine at Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila is procuring specialized software and technical services to enhance the operational efficiency of their CNC machinery.
The scope includes detailed analysis of machine behavior, development of a post processor, testing, 3-D modeling using HIT scanner, calibration, tool strategy definition, sample piece development, pilot runs, and optimization of production rates. The work is to be completed within three months after contract signing, ensuring a production rate of over 20 Breech Rings per month without overtime. This project demands high technical expertise in CNC programming and operational optimization, with on-job training for HIT staff included.
