This role demands expertise in civil engineering with a focus on water resource management and dam construction. The project involves complex engineering challenges including site planning, design, and implementation of integrated solutions to meet the objectives outlined in the Planning Commission Manual for Development Projects 2024. The site in Quetta presents unique geological and environmental factors that require experienced leadership to ensure successful execution.
Candidates must hold a valid PEC registration in civil engineering and have a minimum of 12 years’ experience in water resources, including five years in dam implementation and three years in project management. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential, especially for the 2025-26 financial year. Applicants should ensure their credentials meet these standards to avoid disqualification.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline of 15-01-2026, with all required documents including CV, passport-size photographs, CNIC, domicile certificate, academic and experience certificates. Submissions are to be delivered to First Floor, Block No. 7, Room No. 28, Civil Secretariat, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, which will be scheduled later.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to double-check the application package for completeness, especially the attested copies and the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) if applicable, as incomplete submissions are commonly rejected.
