Tender Description
This opportunity is based in Quetta under the Irrigation Department, Government of Balochistan, focusing on construction leadership within the construction and civil works category.
The department requires a seasoned Project Director to oversee the Panjgur Dam Project. This role demands expertise in civil engineering with a focus on water resource management and dam construction. The project involves strategic planning, design, and implementation of dam infrastructure in Balochistan, a region known for its challenging terrain and water scarcity issues. The Project Director will ensure alignment with the approved PC-I and Planning Commission guidelines, managing both technical and administrative aspects to deliver a sustainable water resource solution.
Candidates must hold a valid PEC registration in civil engineering and possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including five years in dam implementation and three years in project management. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential, especially for the 2025-26 financial year.
