Tender Description
This opportunity is based in Quetta, Balochistan, issued by the Irrigation Department for a key role in construction management under the Construction & Civil Works category. The department seeks a qualified Project Director to oversee the Sunni Ghar Dam project, a critical infrastructure initiative aimed at water resource development in the region.
The Project Director will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the dam's planning, design, and implementation phases. This role demands expertise in civil engineering with a focus on water resources and dam construction, ensuring the project aligns with the approved PC-I and the Planning Commission Manual for 2024. Candidates must hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration and possess at least 12 years of relevant experience, including five years in dam implementation and three years in project management. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential, and applicants should be aware of the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements to ensure eligibility and smooth processing.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline of 15th January 2026, with all required documents including CV, CNIC, domicile, academic credentials, and experience certificates. Submission is to be made physically at First Floor, Block No. 7, Room No. 28, Civil Secretariat, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. The department will only entertain applications through proper channels, and interviews will be scheduled for shortlisted candidates.
