Hiring of Project Management Office (PMO) Consultancy for Pakistan Airports Authority Digital Transformation

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consultancy firms for the hiring of a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee and support the digital transformation initiative. The notice is a corrigendum, updating the submission and opening dates for the EOI process. The consultancy will be responsible for providing technical and management support for the implementation of the Electronic Procurement and Documentation System (EPADS V2.0) and related digital transformation activities across PAA airports. Items being procured: - Project Management Office (PMO) consultancy services for digital transformation and EPADS V2.0 implementation The technical scope includes comprehensive project management, digital process reengineering, stakeholder coordination, and technical advisory for the successful rollout of EPADS V2.0. The selected consultancy will be expected to demonstrate experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably in the aviation or public sector. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and other eligibility requirements will be detailed in the EOI documents available on the PAA website. EOIs must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 19 October 2026, 11:00 AM. The opening of EOIs will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM.
