Supply and Installation of Promotional Material for SIFCD

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD) Islamabad invites reputed firms/vendors for the supply, installation, and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences, and seminars. This procurement is specifically for firms with a financially sound track record operating within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area, possessing proper production and distribution facilities. Items being procured: - Promotional material for meetings - Promotional material for conferences - Promotional material for seminars Tender documents including the detailed list of items are available on the E-PADS portal and the websites www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a company profile demonstrating relevant experience and a proven track record in the promotional material business along with sound financial standing. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost, refundable, must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of the Section Officer (Admn), SIFCD, Islamabad before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of the committee at the SIFCD office. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals in compliance with the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Ensuring timely submission on the E-PADS portal is critical to avoid disqualification.
