The work requires compliance with AASHTO standards and includes all necessary materials, tools, plant, and labor for completion within 12 months. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and meet financial turnover requirements.
