Providing and Laying of Superb Quality Full Body Porcelain Tiles at IRCBM, CUI, Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of superb quality full body porcelain tiles to be provided and laid at the IRCBM, CUI Lahore Campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The scope includes providing and laying tiles of size 600 × 600 mm or 600 × 1200 mm from approved brands such as Ghani, Times, or S-Tile or their approved equivalents. The work involves preparation of the existing surface including chipping of existing flooring and skirting/dado where specified, fixing with approved tile adhesive or ½-inch thick cement-sand mortar in 1:2 ratio, matching grout and joint sealer, cutting, grinding, leveling, alignment, joint finishing, and all necessary materials, labor, tools, accessories, and incidental works as approved and directed by the Engineer In-Charge. Items being procured: - Superb quality full body porcelain tiles, size 600 × 600 mm or 600 × 1200 mm, quantity 5410 sqft The technical specifications require tiles from Ghani, Times, S-Tile or approved equivalent brands with proper installation and finishing. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission of bids along with the original bid security to the Comsats University office at Defence Road, Lahore.
