Providing/Replacement and Installation of LED Street Lights at G-14/4, Islamabad

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (Ministry of Housing and Works) invites sealed bids for the Providing, Replacement and Installation of LED Street Lights at G-14/4, Islamabad. This procurement is for the execution of civil and electrical works including excavation, dismantling, laying cables, installation of LED street lights, cable termination boxes, and repainting of street light poles. Items being procured: - Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soil, 5000 cft - Dismantling of Cement Concrete, 250 cft - Cement Concrete Plain, 250 cft - Twin Core 10 mm2 Aluminium Cable, 2000 ft - Single Core 70 mm2 Aluminium Cable, 2000 ft - HDPE Pipe 50 mm dia PN-8, 1000 ft - LED Street Lights 70 Watt, 310 jobs - Cable Termination Box for Poles, 310 jobs - Repainting of Street Light Poles, 310 jobs The scope includes safe removal and transport of existing HPS lights to the FGEHA EM Office. The works will be carried out at the Directorate of Maintenance, Bazar No 5, Street No 13, Sector G-13/3, Islamabad. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C-5 or above with relevant electrical codes, registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List, and have completed at least two similar contracts of minimum Rs. 20 million each in the last five years. The average annual turnover must be at least Rs. 25 million for the last three years. Key technical staff including Project/Resident Engineer (Electrical), Electrical Supervisor/Technician, and Electricians with required qualifications and experience must be proposed. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit must be submitted physically to the Directorate of Maintenance office before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required. The contract includes a warranty of five years for LED street lights.
