Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala is inviting sealed tenders for proving of certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala. This tender is issued under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and covers multiple works involving construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. The procurement is specifically for the Military Engineer Services department located in Chaklala, Punjab.

The technical scope includes construction and civil works, electrical installations, mechanical works, and plumbing services at the PAF Base. Firms must provide detailed work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works is mandatory. Firms must be registered with PEC in category C-2 or above with validity at least up to June 2026. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable). No special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (DI&E) should be outstanding against the firm.
The tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be collected from HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala. The tender submission deadline is **13 August 2026 at 1130 hours**, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
