Provision of 100 Laboratory Associates for Deployment in Schools/Colleges of Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad

The Federal Directorate of Education under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Islamabad invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for the provision of 100 Laboratory Associates for deployment in schools and colleges under its jurisdiction. Items being procured: - Provision of 100 Laboratory Associates for deployment in schools/colleges of Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad The scope includes supplying qualified and trained laboratory associates to various schools and colleges managed by the Federal Directorate of Education in Islamabad. The service provider must be registered/incorporated with relevant government authorities and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The contract requires submission of a bid security of PKR 2,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of DDO, Federal Directorate of Education. Original CDR must be submitted with the technical proposal; cash or cheque payments will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include registration on the EPADS portal version 2.0, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with all bidding document requirements. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25-09-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Committee Room of FDE, Rohtas Road, G-9/4, Islamabad.
