Provision of 24/7 Security Services at Lok Virsa Islamabad

Lok Virsa Islamabad invites sealed/electronic bids from well-established and experienced registered Security Companies/Firms for provision of 24/7 security services with a total number of 27 guards at Lok Virsa premises and its entities in Islamabad. Items being procured: - 24/7 Security Services - Total number of guards: 27 The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested firms must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR/NTN and Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Valid security company registration/license and relevant experience, preferably with Government or Semi-Government organizations, are mandatory. Bid Security of 2% of the total bid amount is required in the form prescribed in the bidding documents, payable in favor of Lok Virsa. Original Bid Security must be submitted to the Procurement Cell, Lok Virsa, in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the tender title. Tender documents are available on PPRA EPMS/EPADS V2.0. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS. Manual bids will not be entertained. Last date and time for submission is **29th September 2026 at 11:00 AM**.
