Provision of 6 Laptops for Capital Development Authority (CDA)

The IT Directorate of the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of 6 laptops under contract reference P121360. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the CDA board members with high-performance laptops meeting specified technical standards. Items being procured: - 6 Laptops with Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155U processor - 15.6" FHD multitouch-enabled display - 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM - 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD storage - Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth® 5.3 - 65 W USB Type-C power adapter - 4-cell, 55 Wh Li-ion polymer battery with up to 13.5 hours battery life - 1-year limited hardware warranty The laptops must be brand new, OEM authorized, and include Windows 11 Pro. Delivery is expected within 15 days of contract signing to the IT Directorate, Old One Window, Ground Floor, Block - III, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit bids electronically by the deadline of October 8, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 20 million, experience of at least three similar projects in the last five years, and compliance with FBR and other regulatory requirements. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
