The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Tump invites bids for the execution of works for the financial year 2026-27 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rate. The procurement is for the provision of an agriculture bore in Talamb Mand Tump, Balochbasad, and Nigore as per PSDP 2026-27 S. No. 87 [Z2026.3807]. Items being procured: - Provision of Agriculture Bore in Talamb Mand Tump, Balochbasad, and Nigore The bidding requires a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit (Refundable) with a non-refundable tender form fee of Rs. 2000. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 40,000,000 in the last 3 years, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE09 & Ee11. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The last date for bid submission is 05 October 2026 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 1:00 PM on the EPPS system.
