Provision of Certain Facilities and Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Turbat

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of various facilities and furniture across multiple cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. This tender is issued by the HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad, and aims to engage experienced contractors for diverse works and supply items. Contractors must be registered with MES in category A or B or have equivalent experience with other government departments. The technical bid must include a company profile detailing similar works completed in the last five years, including sponsoring agency names, costs, and performance reports. Additionally, a list of enrolled manpower with valid PEC numbers, details of tools, plants, machinery, bank statements for the last two years, and valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates are mandatory. Firms not registered or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council by 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Earnest Money in the form of bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost must be deposited by prequalified firms with the DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. The tender submission deadline is 11 August 2026 by 1130 hours at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Naval Complex Islamabad, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
