Firms must have experience in these fields and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Eligibility criteria require firms to be enlisted with PEC in category C-2 or above with validity until June 2027. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E. Applicants must submit a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
