Provision of Certain Facilities at Pakistan Air Force by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) locations. This tender is issued by the Office of GE (Air) MM Alam, Mianwali. The scope covers multiple work orders involving construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at various PAF sites. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF (multiple lots with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 1.112 Million to Rs. 4.000 Million approx each). The firm must furnish details including work orders, locations, and pictures of satisfactorily completed projects along with a registration certificate from the user. Firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works/services registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant field are eligible to apply. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no involvement in litigation with government departments and no outstanding dues. Only firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-2 & above and preferably enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D & E with valid FBR NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years are eligible. Tender submissions must be received at GE (Air) MM Alam PAF Base Mianwali by 1130 hours on 07 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
