Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at PAF Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF. This procurement is conducted under the light of PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and targets experienced firms and contractors with relevant credentials.

- Provision of certain facilities at PAF (Q) Rs. 5.000 Million
- Provision of certain facilities at PAF (Q) Rs. 8.200 Million

The scope involves various facility provisions at PAF sites in Peshawar. Firms must have sufficient experience in similar works and meet special conditions related to the job and area. Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, or D are eligible. Valid PEC registration is mandatory. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi).
