Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base located in Islamabad. Contractors must be enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above with validity up to June 2027 and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Firms must provide details of completed projects with work orders, locations, and pictures along with satisfactory completion certificates. They must also submit personnel details, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors must certify no litigation or outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (DI&E) reports exist against them. The tender will be issued to pre-qualified firms on 3rd August 2026 at 11:30 hours and opened the same day at 12:00 hours at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. Bidding documents will be provided immediately after publication. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The tender requires earnest money in the form of a 2% bid security for non-enlisted firms.
