Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base in Chaklala, Punjab. This tender covers multiple works related to construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services at the base.

Firms must provide details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Firms must be enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above, preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security. No litigation or outstanding dues with government departments are allowed.
Tender documents will be available immediately after publication. Tender submission and opening will be held at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala on 06 October 2026 at 1130 and 1200 hours respectively.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including PEC certificates, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years are complete and submitted to avoid disqualification.
