Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base Emergency Work

Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for emergency work at PAF Base Chaklala under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The procurement involves provision of certain facilities at PAF Base as detailed below: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (M) Rs: 51.953 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (A) Rs: 24.371 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (A) Rs: 25.066 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (A) Rs: 40.099 Million Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as per the tender documents. Only firms with sufficient relevant field experience and ability to meet special conditions required for the job and area will be issued tender documents. Tenders will be received by the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 08 Oct 2026 and opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. All contractors must certify no litigation or adverse reports against them and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
