Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office at PAF Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base Chaklala. This tender is issued under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and targets firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works or services. Items being procured:

Firms must furnish detailed work orders, locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. The scope includes construction, electrical wiring, mechanical works, and plumbing services at the PAF Base site. The tender requires firms to be registered with PEC in relevant fields and enlisted preferably with MES in Category A. Firms enlisted in PEC Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2023 are eligible. Additionally, firms must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports.
Applicants must submit a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Only firms fulfilling these criteria will be considered. The tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 13 August 2023, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per tender conditions.
