Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (E) and (B)

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (E) and PAF Base (B) under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The works include construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Firms must furnish details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Applicants must submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Eligibility requires PEC registration in Category C-2 or above with validity until June 2027, preferably MES enlistment in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable. No special reports or outstanding recoveries from DI&E are allowed. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Bids must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 16 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
