Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (F) by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (F) in Chaklala, Punjab. Firms must provide detailed work orders, project locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Only firms registered with PEC and having relevant experience are eligible. Eligibility criteria include enlistment with PEC in Category C-2 or above with validity at least up to June 2027. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable as Earnest Money. Firms must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 13 November 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
