Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at various Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Bases. This tender is issued by the MES office at PAF Chaklala and covers multiple works involving construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related services.

The scope includes detailed work orders involving construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services at PAF bases. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant fields and have experience in similar works. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 & above and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A are eligible. Firms must provide a 2% bid security if not enlisted with MES. No outstanding litigation or DI&E recoveries are allowed.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors and must be submitted to HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 20 November 2026 at 11:30 hours. The tender will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours. Bidders should ensure complete applications as incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
