Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base in Peshawar. This procurement notice is issued by the Military Engineer Services and pertains to various construction and civil works at the PAF Base.

Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C-5 or above valid until at least June 2027, preferably MES enlistment in category A, and a refundable 2% bid security for non-enlisted firms. Contractors must certify no litigation or outstanding recoveries with government departments.
