Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base

The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base located in Peshawar. Enlistment with PEC in Category C-5 or above is mandatory, preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable. No outstanding litigation or Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports should exist against the contractor. The tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted to HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 27 July 2026 at 1130 hours. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 1200 hours.
