Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Islamabad. This procurement involves three separate works contracts with estimated costs of Rs. 54.058 Million, Rs. 42.000 Million, and Rs. 59.457 Million respectively, totaling Rs. 155.515 Million. Items being procured: - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (B) Rs. 54.058 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (A) Rs. 42.000 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (A) Rs. 59.457 Million The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services at the PAF Base. Firms must provide details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Only firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works registered with PEC are eligible to apply. Firms with PEC registration in relevant categories C and above with validity at least up to June 2027 are preferred. Enlisted firms with MES in Category A are also eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security which is refundable. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Firms must also furnish lists of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors and must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 08 September 2026.
