Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for important construction and facility provision works at PAF Base (B) in Chaklala, Punjab. This tender notice dated 21 August 2026 calls for experienced firms to undertake two major works involving the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base with estimated costs of Rs. 42.424 Million and Rs. 45.416 Million respectively.

The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services at the site. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have proven experience in these fields. They must provide work orders, location details, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above with validity at least until June 2027. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Contractors must also provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
Tender submissions must include a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms/contractors.
The tender will be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 14 September 2026 and opened at 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Islamabad for further details between 0715 to 1335 hours on working days.
