Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base in Chaklala, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and involves significant civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works.
Items being procured:
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (B) Rs. 42.424 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (B) Rs. 45.416 Million
Firms must furnish details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works and be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
Applicants must submit a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Only firms fulfilling the criteria of PEC registration, enlistment with MES in Category A, and bid security requirements are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 14 September 2026. The tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Procuring agencies will provide bidding documents upon request and payment for printing costs.
