Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) Islamabad invites sealed tenders for emergency work at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The scope involves emergency construction and provision of facilities at the PAF Base. Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials and meet special conditions for the job and area. Only firms with sufficient experience will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. PEC categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience are eligible. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation.
Tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 3 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
