Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Three Works, Rs. 54.058M, Rs. 42.000M, Rs. 59.457M)

Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base under the authority of HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala (North Zone). This opportunity is open to experienced contractors and firms with relevant expertise in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. The works are to be executed at the PAF Base, with the following specific items and estimated costs: - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (B), estimated at Rs. 54.058 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (A), estimated at Rs. 42.000 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (A), estimated at Rs. 59.457 Million Firms must provide details of previous work orders, locations, and completion certificates. Only those registered with PEC in Category C-5 and above, with valid enlistment up to at least June 2027, are eligible. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must submit a 2 percent bid security, which is refundable. No special report of DI&E or outstanding DI&E recoveries should be pending against the applicant. Firms must also submit a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 08 September 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
