Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites experienced contractors for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base in Peshawar. This tender is issued under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and targets firms with proven expertise in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Items being procured:

- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Q) Rs. 27.967 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Q) Rs. 29.729 Million

- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Q) Rs. 29.723 Million
The scope includes comprehensive construction and installation works at the PAF Base, covering civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant fields and hold a minimum category C-5 with validity through June 2026. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in category A. Firms must provide work orders, completion certificates, and evidence of no litigation or outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Submission requires a list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 27 July 2026 at 1130 hours. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 1200 hours. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Peshawar from 0715 to 1335 hours on working days for further details.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and MES enlistment certificates are current and clearly presented, as non-compliance will lead to disqualification. Also, prepare a detailed technical bid with all required documentation to avoid rejection due to incomplete applications.
