The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Islamabad. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and be registered with PEC in relevant categories. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C-5 or above valid until at least June 2027, preferably MES enlistment in category A, and submission of 2% refundable bid security. Firms must have no outstanding litigation or Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be collected from HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala. Tender submission and opening will occur on 05 October 2026 at 1130 and 1200 hours respectively. Bidders are advised to prepare complete and precise bidding documents and ensure timely submission. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
