Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Islamabad to supply and commission a 70 Ton Mobile AC Plant for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy). The procurement falls under HVAC & Refrigeration category, focusing on advanced cooling solutions for naval facilities.
The scope includes provision and commissioning of two mobile AC plants each with 70 Ton capacity. Bidders must be registered with DGDP and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the fiscal year 2025-26. PEC category requirements and FBR compliance are mandatory. Firms should attach all relevant certificates including NTN, sales tax, and income tax registration. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per firm category with ceilings defined.
Submission deadline is set for 25th March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad. Late submissions will be rejected without exception.
