Provision of Conservancy Services at PNS Darmaan Jah Ormara

Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids/ Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed GST/ Professional registered firms and contractors for the provision of conservancy services at PNS Darmaan Jah located in Ormara, Balochistan for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope of work includes collection of garbage, provision of seasonal plants, and cleaning of the area. Items being procured: - Conservancy services including garbage collection - Provision of seasonal plants - Cleaning of area at PNS Darmaan Jah The contract will be awarded using a Quality and Cost Based/ Fixed budget method of selection ensuring both quality and cost efficiency. Interested firms and contractors can collect tender/EOI documents from the Main Guard Room at PNS Darmaan Jah, Ormara by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 on any working day between 0800 and 1230 hours. Tender offers or EOIs must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the documents and must reach the specified address by or before 16 November 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours by the Local Purchase Committee Tender Evaluation Committee. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
