Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Multan Division invites electronic bids for various construction and repair works under Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (Multan Division) & 2021-22 (Electric) and Through Rates for the years 2025-26. The works include provision of platform shelters, construction of leased out commercial shops and fiber stalls, renovation and special repairs of station buildings, and supply of painting materials and bitumen for road surfacing. Items being procured:
- Providing 21'x00'x25' platform shelter on passenger platform No.1 & 2 at Lodhran station on KPR-LON section
- Construction of 04 leased out commercial shops No.30, 31, 32 & 33 near Chishtian station
- Construction of 07 leased out fiber stalls at Chichawati station yard
- Construction of 09 leased out commercial shops at Faqirwali station
- Construction of 19 leased out shops at Madisa station
- Construction of 13 leased out shops at Pakpattan station
- Renovation of station building with provision of washrooms and replacement of brick flooring at SNW station
- Special repair to Behal (BEL) station building
- Special repair/furnishing to AEN office at Dera Ghazi Khan
- Special repair to Office of Inspector of Works Muzaffargarh
- Special repair and replacement of roof to station building Budh
- Supply of painting material for painting of foot over bridges at Kot Adu and Layyah stations
- Supply of bitumen/asphalt grade 80/100 for road surfacing at level crossing in FGIR Annual Inspection-2026
These works cover multiple stations within the Multan Division including Lodhran, Chishtian, Chichawati, Faqirwali, Madisa, Pakpattan, SNW, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Budh, Kot Adu, and Layyah. The scope includes civil construction, repairs, furnishing, and supply of materials essential for maintenance and improvement of railway infrastructure.
Bidders must have PEC category C-6 or above and CE-10 for certain works. Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registration with FBR and submission of CDR as bid security is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage single envelope system via e-bidding through EPADS V.2.0.
The last date for bid submission is **08 October 2026** by 12:00 noon on the EPADS portal. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Bidders should ensure scanned copies of bid security in the form of CDR accompany their e-bids. Original bid security and other documents must be dropped in the tender box at the Divisional Accounts Officer office.
A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the detailed item-wise cost and PEC category requirements for each lot to ensure eligibility and prepare your bid accordingly. Timely submission on EPADS is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
