Provision of Conventional Home Solar Systems for District Pishin

The Balochistan Energy Company Limited (BECL) invites eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The procurement is for the provision of conventional home solar systems for District Pishin under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Provision of Conventional Home Solar Systems for District Pishin, Balochistan 1856 Z2026.3414 The scope includes installation and commissioning of solar energy systems compliant with EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, and EE11(iii) Solar Energy system standards. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least PKR 210,000,000 in three subsequent previous years demonstrating financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-3 or above (up to 500 million) is mandatory. Firms must have completed three similar works as sole or primary bidder in the last three years and possess a valid electrical contractor license and active Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding with a bid security of 3% of the tender price. Bid security must be in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% specified in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Complete bidding documents can be viewed and downloaded from the same website. The last date for bid submission is 29 September 2026 till 11:00 AM electronically only via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS system. Bids will be opened at BECL Main Office, 67-A Main Road Jinnah Town Quetta. Interested bidders should ensure their registration on the electronic public procurement system of BPRA GOB and comply with all eligibility criteria including FBR active taxpayer status and PEC registration.
