Provision of Desktop Computers for SA DTE, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad

The National University of Science and Technology Islamabad (NUST) invites sealed bids for the provision of desktop computers for the SA DTE at NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the campus with branded desktop computers meeting the latest technical specifications. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers (3 units) The required desktop computers must be branded HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent, featuring the latest 14th Gen Core i5 processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, and a 22" FHD LED monitor. Each unit should include keyboard, mouse, and necessary cables. A verifiable one-year warranty is mandatory. Bidders must be registered with FBR for sales and income tax, active on the tax payer list, and not blacklisted or under litigation. Bid security of 3% of the total quoted value is required in the form of a pay order. The procurement will follow a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically to the P&LP Directorate, Near NT Park, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Local Purchase Committee and bidders' representatives.
