Provision of Energy Saving Tools

The Project Director Conservator Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the relevant category for the procurement of Energy Saving Tools under the developmental project titled Strengthening and Demarcation of National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Biosphere Reserves and Conservancies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Energy Saving Stoves (600 Nos.) - Solar Cookers (300 Nos.) The procurement will be conducted through Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit bids online through EPADS portal. The bid security required is Rs. 1,000,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director Conservator Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. The original bid security must reach the office before the deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for 2026-2027 with C-4 category, active FBR/ATL registration, NTN registration, bank statements for last three years, latest income tax return, audited financial statements, and other mandatory documents as specified in the tender documents. Bids without valid bid security or submitted after the deadline will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is 14/10/2026 at 12:00 PM with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted online only; no hand, post, courier, email, or fax submissions will be accepted.
