The Military Engineer Services (MES) has invited applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of various facilities, furniture, and bazar supply items across multiple key locations including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. This tender is issued by HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad, and targets experienced contractors enlisted with MES in category A or B, or other government departments with relevant experience. The tender requires firms to submit detailed company profiles including past work experience over the last five years, manpower details with valid PEC numbers, tools and machinery inventory, financial statements, and valid registration certificates such as NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES. Only firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration or renewal up to 30th June 2027 will be considered. The tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms who must deposit a bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad.
