Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base Emergency Work

The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency work at PAF Base in accordance with PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. This procurement is for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base, divided into three lots: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (T) with an estimated cost of Rs: 55.537 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (S) with an estimated cost of Rs: 46.071 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (S) with an estimated cost of Rs: 28.303 Million Contractors are required to submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and area will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Only contractors on the approved List of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 06 Nov, 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
