Military Engineer Services is inviting sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at various PAF Bases under emergency work requirements, as per PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed in MES categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience are eligible. Firms must provide earnest money, proof of registration, and a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports with government departments. Tenders must be submitted to the Accepting Officer by 1130 hrs on 03 Sep 2026, and will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day. All bills and correspondence should be directed to CMES (PAF) Sargodha.
