Tender Description
The District Council Sujawal invites bids for the provision of a fully equipped Fire Brigade Vehicle named Al-Haj Syed Aijaz Ali Shah Sheerazi Fire Brigade for District Sujawal. This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer District Council Sujawal, located near Civil Hospital Mirpur Bhathoro Road, Sujawal, Sindh. The technical scope includes a heavy-duty 4x2 diesel chassis with 130–160 HP engine, manual transmission, power steering, and heavy-duty suspension. The fire body is fabricated from corrosion-resistant steel/aluminum with side equipment lockers, anti-slip roof platform, ladder mounting, reflective safety markings, LED emergency lights, and siren. The water tank has a capacity of 3000 liters with anti-corrosion coating and level indicators. The foam tank holds 300 liters compatible with AFFF foam. The fire pump is PTO driven with 1800–2000 LPM capacity at 10 Bar. The system includes high-pressure hose reels, fire delivery hoses, suction hoses, hydrant accessories, various fire nozzles, and fire extinguishers of different types.
Rescue equipment includes crowbar, pick axe, fire axe, shovel, bolt cutter, hammer, rope, stretcher, and emergency rescue kit. Ladders include extension, roof, and folding types. PPE includes fire helmets, proximity suits, gloves, boots, safety goggles, reflective jackets, and respiratory masks for 4–6 firefighter sets. Lighting and communication equipment include portable LED search lights, wireless communication sets, public address system, electronic siren, and roof-mounted beacon lights. A complete first aid kit with burn dressing and emergency medical supplies is also included. Training covers operator, pump operation, maintenance, and safety procedures with a minimum of 2–3 days on-site training. The vehicle comes with a minimum 1-year warranty for the vehicle and fire pump, including after-sales technical support and availability of spare parts.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be licensed by PEC where applicable, have relevant experience, and comply with FBR/ATL registration. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost. The submission deadline is **28-07-2026 at 02:00 PM** with bid opening on the same day at 03:00 PM at the Office of the District Council Sujawal. The contract completion period is 12 months from the written order. The bid validity period is 90 days. The submission method is sealed bids delivered in person or by registered mail.
