Provision of Home Solar Systems at UC Sharki Luni, Gharbi Luni, Wavi 1 Wavi 2 Sharki Talat District Duki and Gharbi Tal & Palos Kalaat District Duki

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Duki invites bids for the provision of home solar systems under the Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. This tender covers two main works: provision of home solar systems at UC Sharki Luni, Gharbi Luni, Wavi 1, Wavi 2, Sharki Talat in District Duki with an estimated cost of Rs. 188,057,483 and provision of home solar systems at Gharbi Tal and Palos Kalaat in District Duki with an estimated cost of Rs. 59,343,788. Items being procured: - Home solar systems at UC Sharki Luni, Gharbi Luni, Wavi 1, Wavi 2, Sharki Talat (District Duki) - Home solar systems at Gharbi Tal and Palos Kalaat (District Duki) The procurement will be conducted electronically via the EPPS system as per Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. The scope includes supply and installation of solar power systems at specified union councils and talukas in District Duki. The project is part of PSDP 2026-27 with PSDP numbers 3363 and 3315 respectively. Eligibility criteria require firms to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewed up to 2026 in category C-4 or above with specialized codes. Firms must also be registered with tax authorities (NTN and BRA) and demonstrate similar nature work experience with at least two completed projects. Financial capacity must be supported by bank statements showing turnover in the last two years. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development District Duki upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Rs. 4000 and Rs. 2500 deposited in treasury account no.
