Provision of Home Solar Systems at District Duki

The Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development District Duki invites bids for the provision of home solar systems in various union councils of District Duki, Balochistan. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended till date) and follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Provision of home solar systems at UC Sharki Luni, Gharbi Luni, Wavi 1, Wavi 2, Sharki Talat (PSDP No. 3363) - Provision of home solar systems at Gharbi Tal & Palos Kalaat (PSDP No. 3315) The scope includes supply and installation of solar power systems at specified union councils within District Duki. The project requires firms with valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialized codes relevant to solar works. Firms must also be registered with tax authorities (NTN and BRA) and demonstrate similar nature work experience with at least two completed projects. A bank statement showing turnover for the last two financial years is mandatory to prove financial capacity. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development District Duki upon payment of non-refundable fees of Rs. 4000 and Rs. 2500 deposited in treasury account no. C03870 through green challan in National Bank of Pakistan. The NIT and bidding documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. Bids must include a 3% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
