Provision of Home Solar Panels for Tehsil Gulistan and Killa Abdullah

The Local Government Killa Abdullah invites eligible bidders for the provision of home solar panels for Tehsil Gulistan and Killa Abdullah for the financial year 2026. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Provision of Home Solar Panels for Tehsil Gulistan and Killa Abdullah The bidding firm must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer status. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 35,000,000 in the last 3 years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) is required, with a relevant specialized code EE11(vi) for solar installation. Bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted in the office before bid opening.
