Provision of ICT Services at Main Campus, NUTECH Islamabad

The National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad, through its Project Management Office (PMO), is procuring comprehensive ICT services at its main campus located on Kamal Sher Khan Shaheed Road, Sector I-12, Islamabad. This procurement is part of a PSDP funded project and involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ICT infrastructure including passive LAN equipment, network switches, CCTV systems, UPS systems, and fire alarm systems. The technical scope covers a wide range of equipment and services such as Cat-7 S/FTP cables, patch panels, optical fiber cables, server racks, Ethernet switches, wireless access points, firewall appliances, CCTV cameras, and fire alarm devices. Installation includes laying cables, mounting hardware, configuration, and testing with calibrated equipment like Fluke meters and OTDR. The project duration is 45 calendar days from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must be well-established ICT firms registered with SECP and FBR, active taxpayers, and must have relevant experience with at least five similar projects in the public sector over the last five years. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two partners, where the lead partner must be an authorized manufacturer or distributor. Bidders must also provide OEM authorization certificates and demonstrate financial capability with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 250 million.
