The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS), Islamabad, invites bids for the Provision & Implementation of Back Office Operations & Workflow Automation System for CDNS under a turnkey contract. This project aims to modernize and automate CDNS's back-office operations through a comprehensive AI-powered platform covering multiple modules. Items being procured: - AI-Enabled Human Resource Management System (1 unit) - AI-Enabled Customer Support Platform Integrated with All Installed Systems (1 unit) - AI-Enabled Research, Product Development and Management Module (1 unit) - Procurement and Asset Management Automation (1 unit) - Service Level Agreement Provisions for all Modules (1 unit) The solution will be deployed as a SaaS model with installation at CDNS's primary data center in Islamabad and disaster recovery site in Lahore. It includes AI-driven workforce management, customer support with multilingual and multimodal interaction (English and Urdu), research and product development analytics, procurement and asset management automation, and a comprehensive SLA with 3 years onsite support. The system must support advanced AI features such as natural language understanding, computer vision, facial recognition, OCR, and predictive analytics, ensuring compliance with Government of Pakistan regulations and data sovereignty. Eligibility requires bidders to have at least 3 years of IT industry presence, registration with SECP and FBR, minimum AI-related turnover of PKR 150 million over 3 years, experience with similar AI workflow automation systems, and a qualified technical team. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **October 6, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security is PKR 1,800,000. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using QCBS with 60% weight on technical and 40% on financial criteria.
