Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Islamabad to supply and install advanced monitoring and inspection equipment for the Pakistan Navy. The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) requires a Particle Contamination Monitor, Fuel Gas Analyzer with standard probes, Sponge Ball Heat Exchanger Tube Cleaning System, Pipe Sewer Inspection Camera, and Hand Held Partial Discharge Tester. These items are critical for maintaining operational safety and efficiency in naval installations.
The scope includes provision, installation, and commissioning of the specified equipment at the Naval Residential Complex in Islamabad. The technical specifications demand compliance with high standards to ensure reliability and accuracy. The site conditions require careful handling and expert installation to meet the Navy's operational requirements and environmental constraints.
Bidders must be registered with DGDP and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the fiscal year 2025-26. PEC registration is not explicitly mentioned but financial and technical capability proofs are mandatory. Earnest Money must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with specified ceilings based on firm registration status. Compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions (DPP&I-35) is compulsory.
The submission deadline is set for 10th March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Late submissions will be rejected outright.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your technical offer includes all required documents such as DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 forms, OEM certificates, and a photocopy of the Earnest Money with the amount obscured. Missing or incomplete documentation is a common cause for rejection. Also, verify your firm's ATL status and DGDP registration before submission to avoid disqualification.
